Bloomington’s Miller Park was filled with music, food, and community spirit on Saturday, August 23, as the city hosted its annual Cultural Fest. The event drew hundreds of residents eager to celebrate the area’s diversity.

The Bloomington-Normal Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. played an active role in this year’s celebration. Members hosted a booth highlighting the fraternity’s history and service initiatives, while also engaging local youth in conversations about leadership and higher education. In addition, fraternity brothers volunteered throughout the festival, assisting with logistics and supporting event activities.

Festival organizers praised the involvement of local organizations like Kappa Alpha Psi, noting that their presence helped showcase the unity and strength of the Bloomington-Normal community. The 2025 Cultural Fest once again proved to be a lively, inspiring tradition for the region.
